We do offer FedEx SmartPost as a shipping option on smaller packages, since it is generally a less expensive service for consumers. SmartPost may take an extra 1-2 business days depending on the destination, since the package transitions from FedEx to USPS once it arrives to the destination city.

Nice post!! Yes you are right 'Why doesn't Cash Registers Online offer free shipping?' I think all the service provider can't able for this. but some time given. I had got Cash Register from 'Bpafree Rolls' and got some discount.
